Do I have to create an account?
You can use the guest checkout during the checkout process. However, creating an account with Nikita Jane Lingerie will enable you to create a wishlist, view your purchasing history, keep track of your orders and checkout faster. You will also receive exclusive offers from time to time.

follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and instructions.
2. Please note that, for security purposes, we are unable to send your old password via email.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com or through our ‘contact‘ page. Importantly, you will need to quote your order number.
If your order has been sent, please do not attempt a cancellation. Instead, wait until you receive your order and then contact us to exchange or return your order.
All payments for items purchased through Nikita Jane Lingerie will be made through a secure payment gateway. Proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be emailed to you.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal and AfterPay (for Australian customers only).

Shipping times and Costs

International delivery outside of Australia and New Zealand is currently unavailable.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming dispatch. Your email will include the tracking number which tracks your order via Australia Post.
The Nikita Jane experience is about discretion and privacy. Accordingly, all goods are distributed in plain packaging.
