Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming dispatch. Your email will include the tracking number which tracks your order via Australia Post.
If You Have Not Received Your Order
If you have not received your order within the documented timeframe please contact us via email at hello@nikitajane.com.au or through our ‘contact‘ page. Importantly, you will need to quote your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Nikita Jane purchase. If it is not quite right, simply return your item within 14 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund.
Please take care when trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels still attached. We ask that you try on lingerie over your underwear. Nikita Jane Lingerie holds the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the garment is in a used or, otherwise, unsatisfactory condition.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return, exchange or credit unless faulty.
